Now that is optimism curtailed by facts. Nice post. That early retirement sounds nice, but so does a new GTR. In my opinion both are achievable with patience and foresight. Two keys to successful investing imo

Any smart investor knows that they should only invest after doing their DD. Any speculation or opinion by any of us, weather positive or negative, should be taken with a grain of salt. I chose to be very positive because of all the upside I have read about and seen after doing my DD. Delays or minor issues that don't affect my investment timeline won't phase my conviction to stay long in AMFE. GLTA! ;-)
