If they wanted to drive down the stock then they wouldn‘t have mentioned the real estate stuff. So that‘s unlikely. It could just be the case of the truth. No Bio merger but some possible real estate thing with a small reverse split on top of it if the deal happens. If they do a RS of 1-5 or whatever and then give out a couple of million shares after the RS for the new deal then they are back to a 6-8 million O/S or something in that regard which is what they might eventually want to see.
