Misc thoughts:

1. Over the last few days there has been a lot of conjecture, which is totally normal for a penny-stock board. There has also been a significant amount of rancor aimed at a variety of officers from a number of different companies, which is usually reserved for the CEO (along with a smattering of praises by the faithful). 'He's a crook' vs 'She's a genius'. etc, etc

2. It does appear that Joseph C. Passalaqua is involved at some level. Exactly what does that mean? It means he has done one of these before maybe several. I don't recognize the name. But I do understand the game. Experience isn't a bad thing. Just remember the old adage, "Get lunch, don't be lunch".

3. CEO's have a love/hate relationship with stock boards. These boards create a ton of interest and they know it. They also are full of drama. I think perhaps in this case the CEO simply reacted to the noise. As Stephen Covey wrote in his book "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People", PROactive beats REactive every time. Looks like the b/a stack collapsed within minutes of the 8k filing and subsequent website "press release". Could have been worse. This thing hasn't really even gotten started. No officers, no product, no 'public' promo (although you can bet yer bippie there's one going on behind the curtain). Long way to go, imo

4. Not my place to set a strategy for the CEO, but if I question anything it is the mention of a possible reverse split. It's crossed my mind that they could be intentionally trying to drive the price back down to allow more frontloading. We all know from experience that a r/s is the toll of death for these plays, but they are usually done after they dilute the Bejesus out of it.

5. I think it best to wait a few days before trying to contact any of the principles here, but that's just my opinion. Bottom line, they have more invested than anyone here, and agitating them (as opposed to influencing them) can't be good for business. I am referring to intentionality rather than ordinary board chatter.
