I am sorry to point this out, but I do not think anyone's vote matters https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/own-disp?action=getissuer&CIK=0001289496 There are 7 different entities registered as 10% owners (all filed as such in February 2018) PLUS there is Red Oak and Sandberg... you can bet they are still 10% owners.
SO doesn't that mean 90% of the voting shares are in the hands of known entities?
Granted...we can not know for SURE how those holders will vote...
But its a pretty good guess that the California peeps are voting FOR...right???
I believe this will be crammed down the shareholder's throats whether they "like" the terms or NOT.
Vote your conscience...just don't expect to change anything.
