“My scenario” is not mine, it’s Amarin’s successful vision of R-I. My vision is far more grandiose with complete payer buy-in due to massive healthcare savings and zero onlabel FDA interactions (sNDA, NDA, nothing that would generate another Ad Com). No Ad Com’s ever again for Amarin.

Then burry the FDA in a Congressional investigation of ANCHOR rescindment / Ad Com) but that just my need for vengeance...I’ll probably give up on this quest in 40 or so more years.

IMO there’s evidence of CDER/industry/thought leaders collusion that led to rescindment of ANCHOR, not really 100% positive criminal charges could be arranged but I would bet against it.

OMG - I did NOT know that! This might be the real reason I had such elevated TGs at my last couple of tests - some allergy and lung problems frequently cause my pulse to soar above 100 out of nowhere, and I take Atenolol, a beta-blocker, to slow my pulse down - sometimes two within an hour or so plus inhalers when I get hit hard - really need to keep this in mind the next time I see my doc for blood work.
