The huge bids at 0.0002 was over 25M shares this early morning! Where are those shares gone?

I'm wondering why someones bought 61,631,515 shares at 0.00045 ~ 0.0003 yesterday then let the Same stock decline back to 0.0002 (0.0002 will be hit again very soon since no more Slapping actions at 0.0004 ~ 0.0003) today? Those buyers should continue to Slap out those 0.0004s and 0.0003s to push VGTL to 0.0007 at least in order to make any profit...

LOL, VGTL is down 25% at 122M-0.0002 x 5.7M-0.0003 now. It seems yesterday's 0.0004 ~ 0.00045 buyers are selling at 0.0003 today! We might see VGTL (1.3B+ shares OS) act like its Same New Bottom 0.0002 peer (with 592M or 0.59B shares FIXED OS since 2010) did very soon (i.e. declined back to 0.0002 again)...

Anyway both stocks have the Same 200/50/20-Day MALs 0.0003! Both are the Same Form 15-12G filers and have the Same Real Bottom 0.0001!

VGTL has 1.543B shares OS and float based on the past one-year's average annual volumes comparison between VGTL and its SS-Transparent peer (0.592B shares FIXED OS from its Transfer Agent on 03/12/2018) --- see the charts below.

So the current Book Value of VGTL is Negative -$0.00074 a share! VGTL has 2B or 2,000M or 2,000,000,000 shares AS.

Note, the 20-Day MAL declined to 0.0002 now from the previous 0.0003 v.s. both 50-Day MAL and 200-Day MAL are still at 0.0003!

When will the on-going Illegal huge dilutions be ended here?

Totally 220,915,367 shares were Diluted or Dumped at 0.0002 since VGTL just hit 0.0007 again on February 13 Alone! Let's see how many more Tens of Millions of shares will be Diluted or Dumped at 0.0002 in the coming week...

Why someones bought Tens of Millions of shares at 0.00045 ~ 0.0003 on 03/08 then they sold near 16M shares at 0.0002 since then? Also over 39.5M shares were diluted at 0.0002 ~ 0.000197 on 03/09 Alone!

Warning to all the VGTL shareholders: if we don't slap out those cheap 0.0003s and 0.0004s VGTL will soon decline back to last year's low or Real Bottom 0.0001 again!
