What I don't understand is how the Outstanding Share count is not going up by more. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy that it's barely going up, it just doesn't make sense to me.
The O/S increased by 142.4m shares from 11/14/2016 - 11/14/2017.
Yet, the O/S only has increased by 6m shares from 11/14/2017 - 4/2/2018 (from 383m to 389m). In this period, they've had $195k revenue, but that's not that much. Also, I guess Noreen is deferring her salary, but she was deferring her salary back then as well.
So anybody have an explanation as to why the O/S is not getting diluted by even more than it has in the past 5 months?
