As La_ltrader suggested:

- You can prevent (to some degree) naked shorters from borrowing against YOUR OWN shares by doing a GTC (good til canceled) SELL ORDER on all of your shares for a very high price. For example. I put all of my shares up with a GTC Sell Order of $2.00 per share. So the naked shorters can't borrow my shares. Everybody, please do your part. Also, please contact FINRA and fill out an investor complaint form, and ask them to do something about the naked shorts. If we all do this, it hopefully can make a difference.

Other helpful info:

Current O/S as of Feb 28, 2018 = 387,345,599

O/S as of November 14, 2017 = 383,532,473

O/S as of November 14, 2016 = 241,128,131

So basically, it appears as if dilution could be coming to an end. The past 4 months, the O/S has barely increased compared to how rapidly it was increasing before that.

Also, keep in mind that IMUN is applying for government grants from UNAIDS / USAID etc. They are not updating shareholders on exactly what is going on with this, so who knows. They are keeping it very quiet for sure.

They are indeed registed with the System for Award Management, which is where you need to register in order to get grants from UNAIDS...

https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/##11

Click on Search records, and type in Immune Therapeutics. They just registed this year, in 2018.

UNAIDS budget for antiretroviral is $19 billion. In my opinion, IMUN could easily see a $50m+ grant in the near future. If that happens, that's a lot of free money, especially for a company with basically no cash in the bank and about $10m in debt (which is almost all defaulted loans).

And they haven't been promoting this stock! We've already been having great news over the past year (marketing approval, Kenyan contracts, AHAR revenue), and the stock has been dead. Once they promote this thing (you gotta assume they're just waiting for the real big news such as government grants and REAL revenue streams from Fidson Healthcare etc), this stock will easily be $1.00+ IMO.
