VGTL will create a New 52-week high 0.0014 very soon as its Similar-OS-Count peer did in 2017 (that peer also had almost same 52-week high 0.0008 before the Huge 14-Bagger rally from 0.0001)! VGTL has about 1.3B+ shares OS and float v.s. its peer has about 1.5B+ shares OS and float. Both OTCNI-Tier Non-Reporting stocks are running in the similar bouncing pattern...

VGTL had the All-Time-Low 0.0001 but with the 52-week low 0.0002. Its first bounce was 7-Bagger from 0.0001 to 0.0007. Now it has 100% higher New bottom 0.0002. So the coming bounce it will hit 0.0014!

When will the huge dilutions be ended here? Totally 215,170,281 shares were Diluted or Dumped at 0.0002 since VGTL just hit 0.0007 again in February Alone! Let's see how many more Tens of Millions of shares will be Diluted or Dumped at 0.0002 today...

Why someones bought Tens of Millions of shares at 0.00045 ~ 0.0003 on last Thursday then sold over Ten Millions of shares at 0.0002 just a couple of days later?

VGTL has 2B shares AS and its current OS and float are over 1.5B shares based on the past one-year's average annual volumes comparison between VGTL and its SS-Transparent peer (592M shares FIXED OS from its Transfer Agent on 03/12/2018).
