Also, Im not sure that its prudent to comment on every single daily close of VTGN. I believe that the Company didn't make that $480,000 investment in order to sell the stock at $1.55 or to boast about potential interpretations of Warrant Value.


This post should not be directed to me, but should have been authored in response to TAUG's PAID CONSULTANT, Johnny Cesario, aka Johnny C! The PAID CONSULTANT is now touting the warrants as being worth $320,000, which is complete crap! It would be best if CONSULTANT CEO Seth Shaw explained "reality" to his pal, the PAID CONSULTANT!

BTW...according to Johnny C, TAUG could have sold the common at a profit for anything over $1.50, then would have had risk free warrants! Johnny C...what a sage advisor! How much is he getting paid? If it is more than a nickel, it is too much!
