If they wanted to take the profit, they could sell the warrant or short the common. In a frictionless market, both of these would be yield the same or greater profit in all outcomes.

In the real world it is more difficult as you have to weigh short carry and warrant liquidity issued.

She won’t be happy until we reach the billion share count...still about 2.5 share if sold...at lowest point imho...but only if they hit it out of the park.
