Momentum and stock sentiment. I've also noticed a lot of manipulation in the L2. It's just been following the sentiment and momentum. OWCP every time they would release a PR dropped in price. Do you really think others in JFs circle didn't play the game or that he didn't continue to buy in and then drop on the news. If he would do this then there is much more to it. I will say this though. NO WHERE does this have anything to do with OWCP... they were the victim and there is no way to know if someone is selling their shares even for an advisor if they were given control over those shares. It sounds like one of the brokers is on the hook to for illegally facilitating these trades.
If you read the 36 page thing, you'll see scumbag was selling shares thru September 2017 via the "shell companies" he created.
The thing I'm worried about is, this explains what happened in MARCH OF 2017, since he sold his shares over a period of 20 days back then. This DOESN'T explain why it's been dropping ever since...
