Weren't they supposed to disclose that they paid JF in shares for promotion? Other companies do that, as investors should know how they spent the money. Apparently the SEC is telling JF he should have disclosed, but what about OWCP? I've seen filing from other companies that have done just that, named specific people that they paid X number of shares to promote for them. But we got absolutely nothing from OWCP.....
