Yes it is.
My target for VAPE was the gap at .0034 but I got a bit ahead of myself with my swing position. My cost basis way at .0036, above the gap so I cleared out to protect profits.

Now that VAPE has released a 10k, I may get back in especially if .0034 flashes. I’d like to hear a corporate update from at least 1 of the 2 employees that work for VAPE. The annual report shows evidence that VAPE is trying to get their House in order. Sales are down in 2016 from 2015 but operating expenses are also down.
