Completely agree, all of us loyalist on here dont sell because we have faith that this will rebound to 2s but at the same time are too scared to purchase more at a discount.

Those waiting for more of a bargain are missing the bargain right now.

To your point -- You always hear: "If you had invested $1,000 in Berkshire Hathaway back in 1964..." No one gives a flyin' rat's sphincter today if the hypothetical you in question bought - and then held - $1,000 worth of shares at $20/share, or at $25/share, or at $30/share for that matter.

If you bought - and held for a respectable amount of time - it made you a pile of money.

If you bought at $20/share and sold two months later at $21.50/share, Berkshire was "just another so-so stock" for you.
