Mad , Thanks for those posts. I've tallied the number of cases each are assigned since Monday. Looking for a pattern. Theory, each are assigned x number of cases per week so far here's the roster:

Wallace 2
Taranto 0
Reyna 3

Laurie 2
Chen 2
Prost 2
O'Malley 1
Still 2
Newman 2
Breyer 1
Mayer 3

Schall 1

Reyna & Wallace no patent law training
Linn & Chen much background & experience

From reading seems best selection for us would likely be:
Stole,Laurie, Chen, Newman, O'Mally, Linn

The worst:
Wallace, Hugh's, Prost, Reyna, Dyk

Newman said to have a strong influence on Wallace & O'Malley

The following have not appeared tougher. Really don't no what that means but found it interesting. Perhaps it's just a function of there tenure

Mad, whats our IDEAL panel look like? What are your top choices for judges 1&2 and then 2nd best for the 3rd wheel? I know who we dont want and im just a little confused based on your assessment of this week so far..

Thanks, i know its all just a dice roll but its fun to look at and most of us here appreciate the opinion based on your elbow grease! Im making a some notes on judges for fun as we speak...
