ARCA is the MM who has been used to sell a lot since .20's

They were a huge buyer early on around the .20 mark and would site with couple hundred k bids.

Now last couple weeks keep putting large ASKs up and walking down price.

They will tell you it's an ECN. A ton of platforms do not show ARCA in the OTC including ihub's platform, OTCMarkets, Think-or-Swim etc. I do know that Etrade does show it however.
