The prices big situation concerns me. If he can’t clear profit, it doesn’t matter how much sales revenue there is. As I’ve note before:

2 guys start a hay business buying hay in one state, transporting it to another, and selling it. They buy for $1/bale and sell it in another state for $1/bale. After all is done, one says to the other, “it sure doesn’t look like we made much money this summer.” The other replies, “maybe we need a bigger truck.”

The prices are set by the stores who have notoriously low profit margins.

So some stores goose to make more on certain products vs others.

This really doesn’t impact us at all.

Retailers can charge what they want, run promos/coupons/ads on what they want. No different than every other product.

Keep in mind we sell to the DISTRIBUTOR not the retailer. We're two layers removed from the end consumer.
