Why increase AS and then buy back?

They increase the shares then mention buy back to divert the issue is what SCAMS do to sell shares.

Also they mention uplisting to the NYSE too!

These share selling SCAMs are to easy to see.

Slap the ask and hold long and strong for a tax loss write off, if needed.
