I am not 100% but in the January 8ks they make reference to changing the name to WOD but then transferring all voting interests and shares to WODH or WOD Holding where former voting power was relinquished from WOD. So in Essence it sounds like it's what you described as some kind of reverse Merger. Elite Data Services is a Florida company. WOD a Colorado company and WODH, a Delaware Holding company. So basically WOD takes over DEAC shell, WODH takes over WOD, assuming all rights with management changes. I could be wrong about this but the rs was approved and was supposed to take place on January 9th but there is no update available on what is going on with that.
