Anyone know why the CEO is talking about doing a R/S? DEAC trades like a low floater and it's a long way from no bid. Maxed out A/S, no bid and a one being part of a merger agreement are the only reasons to R/S that I can think of. Why piss off a lot of shareholders for no reason?
