Taxes are $2 per square foot, not $15 as surf suggests.

So many inaccuracies being spread on this board. That's too bad.

Also, your price per lbs of sellable flower assumption is too low, IMO. Average is in the $1300 ranging between $500 to $2500.

Really? $9.25*16 = $148/pound tax on flowers?

160 lbs per harvest x 2 per month = $47,350 a month in flower tax??? CRAP!!

Monterey County charges $15 per sq foot. per year I hope and not per month

At per year 1600 sqft canopy(with vertical it is going to be more) x $15 = $24,000 / 160/5 harvests = $30/pound
