Where does it say the equipment being acquired is $400-$500K?

it says The Company has estimated the equipment costs to be approximately $400,000 - $500,000.

It does not say REI is buying the equipment for that much.

Top of the line extraction equipment for under $200K can do roughly 2500 pounds a week.

SIGO has neither the plants nor the room to satisfy that size of machine.
