That would be an interesting investigation, now that PB brought the subject up. Hmmm, lets see, a certain CEO of an almost defunct company files a lawsuit claiming various business infractions of a company, which saved an abandoned IP that was not wanted by that CEO. After abandoning said IP, company which was sued for infractions actually resurrected said IP and saved it and acquired. Ater years pass on the abandoned IP, which was saved and improved and re-patented, said CEO
decides that, while not owning any IP connected to the other company, decides to sue them for no reason. Would be a good story for an investigation.
