You are wrong ... I am aware (e.g. it is available in Hungary for $50 / 30 x 10mg).

You are apparently unaware that availability isn't equal with 100% usage ... and it is the basic problem all / most of your arguments: you read / experience something and think that the whole world act immediately. Furthermore, usually, you use a wrong context e.g. CVD death rate study 2000-2014 as a new / post design of R-IT ... meanwhile the trend is / was the same as during 2000-2010 ... or change (in a wrong direction) more recently ...

I am tired to point these in your arguments and I could not recognize other poster (top of you and BB ....) who is "familiar" / a pro in every area: finance, legal, science, business, etc., but BB at least do the DD / work ... not as you ...
