if other CE companies want to use LQMT's stuff why would Apple (Crucible) with all its patents and investment let the ROFR expire? Seems that if the LQMT product is desired by other CE companies that Apple would keep a lock on it unless Li had too big a price tag for extension. If Apple wanted to renew it is likely that LI would have done the renewal as it would have given LQMT much more credibility and cash flow. Probably the quickest way to NASDAQ and profitability for LQMT would be a production agreement and extension with Apple..
