In all honesty, I ignore the divi. I could care less about it. Imo, focus on everything else. Divi's take time and I learned never to factor them into my buy it hold decisions. I cart wait for it to be announced and everyone starts complaining because it's taking too long due to all the back and forth with the sec. It's almost as painful add going through an audit. The sec reviews s1 and responds with questions, amfe replies. Sec reviews again and still more questions and process repeats indefinitely.
