Can you list the IDCC patents that are currently generating income, and then list the remaining 98.6% that are generating costs and no income.

It is all about qualitative, and not quantitative.

I think to put in better perspective you should compare US patents to US patents. Since March 26 2002 Qualcomm has been issued 300 US patents, and IDCC has been issued 83....plus you can add in 28 for Tantivy since the same 3/26/02 date.

Since July 2002..IDCC has been granted 300 Patents ...and Qualcomm has had 350 Patents approved by the U.S. Patent Office..IDCC has 300 Employees...and Qualcomm has over 6,000.. Of course these numbers are without the numerous Tantivy Patent contributions in that time frame..

Also note that Qualcomm's R & D group (those responsible for developing patents is somewhere around 500 people)....the others are running different businesses.
