There isn't a lack of transparency here imo. The CEO is available. The TA is NOT gagged. The CEO has followed through with everything he has said he would do up to this point. Posting quarterly's are not required by foreign SEC registrants. 8-k's are posted for every material event. The annual 20-F should be available by the end of May.
