The FDA - SEC - bitter former employees. You left out el nino - the Russians and a few other nefarious characters. Really, all these factors are the reason under Andy's leadership BIEL has had 55 consecutive losing quarters, an obese share count, trading in the ooo's, and a financing scheme that is beyond merely suspicious. Not to mention there has been NO (zero) insider buying - and a lack of any interest by any major players to want to deal with Andy and his family. Investors are not getting near this until there is verifiable proof of a profitable quarter with a reasonable expectation of another to follow. Time will tell. IMHO
