There are also no filings proving that the big names hold any shares of ANDI whatsoever. Although people will point to tweets to try to disprove this.

As it stands right now ANDI has no assets(see filings) and no significant shareholders.

Louden Owen most likely helps write patents for corporations more than anything, so his name would only show up as the patent attorney. Just my guess until there’s more DD done.
