They just give someone millions of shares or start dilluting, seems like this company is public to raise some money for them, I see no added value to shareholders at this time, maybe in a couple years the clinic will catch on, notice how they are talking Dec 2018, that could easily roll into 2019 or just go bye bye and no one knows why.
