Dadeano:
One idea that I suggested to them was to create a subsidiary page intended to target traffic to the site in a quid pro quo relationship.
Targeting twitter users in the 20 something demographic who have a few thousand followers, smoke weed or use cannibas oil, hemp, etc. and have their own businesses. "Artplug@xenoughsaidx" comes to mind as a prototype client.
She is a lesbian artist, over 10K followers on instagram and weed smoker who sells her own art and apparently business is growing the revenues I believe getting over $20K per month now...
To me the company should be working to close a few clients like this per week offering them their own ad tab on the site from which they can list and sell their products for free indefinitely. She alone would drive traffic to MJCircle of like minded users in numbers of hundreds to thousands of additional views per day. That is just one person, and she's not a Chrissy Tiegen either. Just an average everyday American entrepreneur who likely could benefit herself while benefitting the company.
There are literally hundreds to thousands of untapped potential on Instagram and Twitter in this mold of young entrepreneurs that could drive pageclicks to MJCircle. The very premise of Twitter as we know is a huge interaction of networking that I believe MJCircle has yet to tap.
They have limited themselves to cannibas industry related networking that I can tell and posts. This is a lifestyle and that is how users see it and that is how it should be marketed. They should be retweeting funny vines, news posts, and targeting Canadian companies and Canadian artists and news. Less dependency on the U.S. while leveraging the social media aspect of this company wherein you don't have to be in Canada to win all that revenue business.
Maybe something like any user that can bring 2K pageclicks per day get's their own tab... etc.
People want to do business, they just need the avenue, the prompt and the right circumstance. I'm hoping you can think out of the box and bring things like this to fruition.
Thanks for your consideration.
