Believe all is being delayed until all/most can be paid to escrow and wmih gets it 2.5 % of escrow to consummate the m&a.

Just for arguments sake since i don't actually believe we will receive anything,...a distribution is made to Escrows from the $600M DB settlement.

How would this be possible when the PIERS Creditors are still owed about $50M by the WMILT?

Wouldn't the PIERS debt have to be paid off first?

As I told you numerous times:the final payment was already done .Except you made a mistake:it was not to us but instead by us.And there is not gonna come a dime from the DB settlement as we are the investors in these securities.No notice of coming distributions,no money nothing as you and I are not involved.No 165 billion,no 65 billion no 600 miilion nothing,nada.
