A few more tour questions:

How many warrants were issued to St George, at what exercise price were they issued and what other terms apply to them (expiration date, conversion conditions, etc.)?
Why was that information stripped from the filing and when will it be filed?

How will you be able to meet the St George share reserve requirement when the total outstanding plus the required reserve is more than the company's total share authorization of 20M?

Who are the member/owners of BMG Group, LLC other than Valerie Baugher?
