It's probably above your comprehension level, but the largest shareholders were the people who drove this into the ground while they milked the stock to nothing with the dilutive financing. I think D'Couto has to wipe the slate clean to get rid of them, most Likely your employers.

I think it is a good thing for NEAH and not so good for retail or other shareholders, but the only way to cut out the rot, is to cut out the rot.

I'm surprised you spelled tea correctly.
