Among Oracle’s other SaaS businesses, its revenue for “customer experience” cloud applications grew 15% organically in the second quarter, while revenue for its customer service cloud applications rose 24% and revenue for its data-as-a-service offerings rose 71%, Hurd said. Overall, Oracle added 1,082 new SaaS customers in the quarter and expanded business with 810 others.
