Last rally to .02 took 5 days to go from .005 to .02

Today we ran from .004 to .02 in mere minutes of the open, so yes a break at .02 will target a run to .03, a 3 time high high at .034 that will also break on the next hit that will be 4th hit and that will push us to one of SCSI's targets of .10 / share.

At a dime any convertible debt can be converted to shares for less than 10% of the already issued OS shares, to raise 4.5 Million in cash making dilution a non issue or event.

They did that in 2014, raised cash at .20 and .40/shares 2 years after the stock had gone to a low of .0068 in 2011-December
