You can read the wiki on “flag of convenience” it explains the flag situation. A lot of companies do that.

I was wrong on the order of names.
It was first, ever dignity. Then Talisman. Then go trader. Then Nikiforos. It’s a 22 year old ship. It’s had a few names. There is of course, another ship called Talisman currently, but Nikiforos name was changed from Talisman to go trader in 2006.
