Couldn’t agree more. Form D is to raise investor capital. Rory signed because he is the CEO. My understanding is that an insider sale would be a different form (Form 3,4, or 5).
Given how many times he has said insiders are not selling, how transparent he has been, and how careful he appears to be about protecting MNPI (he is an attorney), it would make zero sense for this claim to be correct.
These posts alleging insider selling appear to be incorrect, IMO.
