#511562 RE: Johnnyiwantsome #511547

(I went to post 511543 and found the post of somebody else but that's not important)

Somebody has posted that WMILT will cease to exist in a few years and it is not an operating company. So is it true that WMILT will no longer exist in a few years, or who will run WMILT if it exists for a long time?

Is it possible that WMIH will gain the use (but not the ownership) of the assets through issuing interest bearing preferred shares to escrow owners? Those preferred shares have a maturity date and are tradeable like a stock. If you want cash right away then you can sell it at discount like a stock. Otherwise you will receive a dividend yearly.

Preferred shares do not dilute the stock and it is OK for existing WMIH shareholders who have no escrow markers.
