this just my own theory. I wasn't in the last run, but here is something i can imagine what wd had happened.

RUN -1 last year
MMs and company acted together in beginning, pps climbed to .0042 and then MMs waited company to backup with series of PRs, deal somehow failed and CEO derailed MMs, increased a/s and dumped on MMs. FLSR shares rot to NO BID for over 6 months, but again in OTC there is always a deal when both parties agree to make money. Principle is to make money with collaboration.

Run-2 which is about to come

but we can see the consequences of distrust, MMs this time are extremely careful to price high only with the company PRs. even after a month share price is lying on .0002 levels, whereas last year without a single PR share price soared to .0042 .

CEO is ready to dump 10 billion shares without a reverse split, which is not possible without pushing it on much higher levels.

last trading sessions proves that that company collaborated and sold few billions shares to MMs at .0003 and .0004, I believe MMs have comfortable numbers of shares to take off and they are just waiting for the company signal to move up.

Time is ticking! Fire is just around the corner.
