From the filings Rumbold received a boat load of shares from both GEGI and OSCI in 2015. The lawsuit very specifically identifies dates of wires, amounts of wires and bank names. What’s up with all the cash and what’s up with Rumbold? What did Pizz do with all of the shareholders cash? Who is Rumbold? Why isn’t this disappearing cash and Rumbold being discussed on this board?
