You think they would lie under oath to a Federal Court Judge. The lawsuit claims GEGI paid OSCI about $1 Million cash in 2015. From the filings Rumbold received a boat load of shares from both GEGI and OSCI in 2015. The lawsuit very specifically identifies dates of wires, amounts of wires and bank names. What’s up with all the cash and what’s up with Rumbold? What did Pizz do with all of the shareholders cash? Who is Rumbold? Why isn’t this disappearing cash and Rumbold being discussed on this board?
