ANDI is like a shell company that has subsidiaries and UTOPYA has R Merged with it and became a nother subsidiary of ANDI because it needed a publicly trading company to offer shares and raise funds in the market instead of doing IPO because of less hustle and lower cost which ANDI will provide for them,currently UTOPYA is utilising other ANDI's subsidiaries to improve their end product and complement one another for everybody's success,it's like(all for one and one for all).
