i agree w/black knight.why approve a 100,000,000 share approval when 20-30 would suffice.also,agree w/ shears that retail holders won't be able to defeat this but it could (should) send a message to the bod.
i own low six figure shares and unless some one can show me why we need this my vote is no.

Have you calculated the future value of GTC's share of revenues from any future product sales that LFB produces? It is not knowable, but, I surmise it will be quite substantial.
