I think that enough no votes from shareholders on this board will not stop this deal but perhaps send a message. I will vote no with my shares as a symbolic gesture that represents the problems I have with future valued recieved compared to the measely amount of money acquired for the present and future value of the GTCB shares sold. I'll bet the number of shares held by disgruntled shareholders on this board is not insignificant. We could increase our influence by bundling our votes and having a representative from this board voice our concerns. Just a thought.
