I agree, we'll load the bases with a successful P2/3. Endpoints are extremely achievable IMO.

Then P4 trials can be done for cognition, prevention, early stage, late stage, all manner of variants. Governments and clinics will willingly participate because they will know that at minimum, they are improving the lives of these patients.

How many will be "super responders" need not be known until after approval.

A successful P2 in Parkinson's will have the medical establishment wondering.

IMO, the upcoming AD A2-73 trials are all about validation of this claim above. No more, no less.
