It is so funny to me that the broader public do not see that the answer to the deficit is cannabis? I think the reason the govt is sticking hard to their summer deadline (it was never July 1) is it gives them a year to collect the taxes on a whole new industry before the next election. This has been in the works for a while and it is a boon to everyone whether they know it or not.
