W3Research My understanding is the 1.4 is if as it states of these 1.4 million they will be awarded out of settlement of disputed equity claims which could result in some of the remaining shares to distributed to holders of claims should any of the remaining claims in dispute are resolved in favor of former equity holders. In turn these share would marry up to what has already been distributed to escrow holders in the form of the new co stock. What I contend that The "of Record" DTC also is the book maker of who has what and owns what...so it is thru this mechanism that payments to for shareholders will and must come thru this mechanism otherwise how would where and who gets what with respect to former positions held.
